When working in AutoCAD it is often needed to convert linetypes. One of the most common is Polylines to Lines. Lines enable editing of small sections in slightly different maner to polylines. 

When selecting and using the line tool in AutoCAD a single line is created. This may contain multiple segments but each segment can individually be edited or deleted as required.

Since Windows released some security updates for Office 2013 in February 2016 we have had several clients complain that Word 2013 32 bit freezes up to the point that it's unusable.

Outlook 2016 sets up correctly (initially) and then loads fine. Then the user closes and reopens Outlook. The problem is that now it loads to the blue Outlook screen saying 'loading profile'.

Many things can cause Outlook to go into a “Not responding” state when it first opens and so identifying the right fix can be tricky.

We have seen a few examples of people struggling to open Word documents that had been initially sent to them as email attachments.

This is an issue that we faced in one of our client sites where in only the people in the specified group or administrators could see the SharePoint people picker control added on the form.
