Many employers buy e-learning packages for their employees as an alternative to face-to-face instructor-led training. There is no doubt that e-learning can reduce the cost per delegate compared to instructor-led courses; in some circumstances this can be effective, however, in most cases it is a false economy. Our 10+ years’ experience of delivering high-quality IT software training to businesses large and small, has cemented our belief that the advantages of face-to-face training far outweigh the savings of e-learning. Here's why:

Distractions

When delegates attend any of our courses in our dedicated training suite, they are able to completely focus their attention on what they are being taught. The delegates are away from their workplace so aren’t being distracted by email and phones ringing, or colleagues and clients stopping their flow.

Practice

Some e-learning programs include simulation exercises for students to practice what they have learnt, however, these can't replace delegates in a training environment practising their newly-acquired IT skills and having the opportunity to question and ask our highly experienced trainer.

Adaptability

E-Learning instructors can’t read body-language signs. Our experienced trainer can adapt to the specific needs of the delegates. Similarly, he will notice if any of the delegates are struggling to grasp a particular area and can help them there and then.

Book your staff on one of our face-to-face instructor-led IT software training courses, and maximise their learning potential.
